The principle of operation is a solid steel drum heated by gas burner. Nuts are introduced into the drum. the paddles rotate at through a geared mottor. the drive design allows heat not to be transfered to the gearbox and motor through the shaft. The rotation of the drum can either be manual or electric. 15 kg per cycle.
